What post of mine was this in reply to? Why was it blocked? Are you sure it doesn’t say “detected as spam?” That is a common disqus problem that happens to me frequently. It is an automatic function not related to site moderators based on attempts to edit, keywords, repetitions between posts, past spam labeling etc. which disqus auto marks as spam. I would try not to edit posts before they post to the site, and avoid if possible any hardcore words. Not much else you can do. I wish you luck getting your message through.
