1. Epstein was alone with a woman, without handcuffs, for two hours in prison, only days before his death. He spent many hours per day, between 8 and 12 hours, with his legal team, which included women, causing long waits for other prisoners waiting to see their lawyers, instead of sitting in his cell or with other prisoners.

2. Weinstein blacklisted actress Courtney Love for denouncing him to journalists at a media event.  Also, Weinstein began sales of many of his real-estate properties, the ones he sold worth over $100 million, 6 months before any of the revelations of his behavior appeared in the New York Times or the New Yorker.  This contradicts the story of the WSWS that Weinstein had not known of these campaigns to bring about his downfall, nor did he have any time to prepare a response.
