National Committee (NC) members and SEP Election Candidates must write at least 4 letters per year, or one per quarter to other National Committee members.  They must also write at least 12 letters per year, or one per month to WSWS.ORG reporters.  Finally, they must write at least 12 responses to letters from readers per year, or one per month.  NC members must submit these to the secretary for verification every month.  Reminders and warnings should follow if they fail to submit these letters by the end of the month.  Every 2 years, the NC must produce or commission 3 short biographies of at least 10 pages referencing these letters and interviews with the NC members or candidates along with their fellow campaigners and branch members.
