The JCFI would oppose both the ICFI and ISFI, holding the ISFI accountable for its opportunist tactics and alliance with Stalinism and the ICFI accountable for its gross negligence and its liability to members for abuses as a result of a tyrannical factional dictatorship in open defiance of the principles laid out in the “Declaration of the 46”, the founding document of the Left Opposition, the predecessor of the Fourth International.
