Democratic Power demands 10,000,000 moderation jobs for Facebook, 1 for every 200 users, so that it can respond to the interests, demands, and suggestions of the community. The moderators should elect leaders from among themselves in a body of 1,000 moderators, divided into various committees, to create standards, rules, and procedures for the management of Facebook communities. Facebook communities should elect the moderators and Facebook should pay them a full-time salary. The people require a Democratic moderation model, not a cost-cutting corporate model that short-sells their social lives.
