Hollywood Opportunism carries with it the risk that the bourgeoisie will infiltrate with dangerously reactionary ideas. The covered up murders of Jeffrey Epstein in New York City, Weinstein critic Anthony Bourdain in Strasbourg, France, capital of the EU, and now, Epstein associate Jean Luc Brunel in Paris, prove that the anti-#MeToo reactionaries will murder prisoners and hotel guests to silence witnesses and public criticism. The defense of predators among the people requires ever greater and more open acts of violence. That the anti-#MeToo murders took place in prison proves that nowhere is safe as long as these “political” positions have public defenders. We need a clean break in the revolutionary movement from the “revolutionary defensism” of American and French and other imperialist courts that turn around and defend the freedom of predators to keep the people in fear. Such a reign of terror will only hasten the demise of capitalist government and its Nanobureaucratic defenders.
