To perpetuate a false narrative means to actively suppress evidence. When the purpose is to subjugate the working class and defend capitalists and their agents, the revolution must see this as a crime against itself. Only a revolutionary government can really investigate and put such people in prison, since the capitalist government needs to keep them free to disseminate the anti-worker propaganda.

Nevertheless, when the working class does rise, the capitalists can offer certain sacrifices on the altar of class compromise. The real content of the court hearings isolates these individuals from their ilk, attempting to place all the blame on one individual at a time. In reality, they participated in their crimes of human trafficking, racketeering, and other forms of modern slavery operations as part of the profit making operations of their corporate masters. Everyone up to the shareholders, especially the major shareholders, bears responsibility for the acts of Ghislaine Maxwell and R. Kelly. Yet their rich, powerful, and famous associates will not face justice as the state considers the case closed. The Depp Heard trial and the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade prove that the authorities have decided to clamp down on both political progress and revolutionary politics. Bending over backwards for the likes of Johnny Depp and his friend, Elon Musk, has lead to a criminally insane type of opportunism. A revolutionary court will necessarily arise in the United States to pursue those charges to the end and arrest and imprison the entire corporate gang responsible.

The WSWS´s shameless and continued post-trial defense of such heinous acts itself constitutes a crime against the working class and the revolution. This also includes an entire host of crimes aimed at fighting revolutionary opposition to their tactics. A revolutionary government will not overlook such crimes but prosecute them as well. The Nanobureaucracy has a keen consciousness of this fact, and for this reason feels with certainty that its material interests strongly oppose the revolution of the working class. They will seek to crush any uprising using CoIntelPro tactics, such as nitpicking and verbal abuse, to sabotage the revolution from inside. Only the Democratic Power Faction can restore legal and moral leadership as well as professional organizational policy to the ICFI, freeing the working class to participate in its own liberation from the never ending crime wave of the capitalist elite.

We can trace the origins of these crimes to David North´s entry into the Workers´ League. Working very closely on a long book with Alex Steiner, who we know openly opposes the construction of a mass party based on the ICFI, North fought as a gangster for Healy´s side in the conflict. He completely eliminated any trace of criticism of Healy and his failures during the 1971 split with International Communist Organization (OCI). Such a criminal approach served Healy´s purposes in covering up for his failures and corrupted him extensively over a long period with overzealous loyalty. This led to the demise of the WRP, for which North had long prepared. From there, North expanded the Nanobureaucracy without capturing a single local office in his entire decades long tenure as chairman. He aided the fascists around Trump by demanding limitations on the growth of the party along Blanquist lines while also holding on to his emergency powers, hypocritically following Hitler. Even the opportunist Socialist Alliance, benefiting from the uprising associated with Bernie Sanders, managed to win a city council election in Seattle.

As this uprising matures, the politicized workers will need to break from the opportunist politics which leads from Sawant, to Bernie Sanders, to Biden, and to imperialist generals and corporate raiders, raiders of national treasuries, profiteers, and oligarchs. They will appreciate the political struggle represented by the membership of the ICFI who sought to lead this break from opportunism towards genuine revolutionary politics, and they will understand the importance of building the Democratic Power Faction. We would invite a portion of the Socialist Alliance, the International Marxist Tendency, and other groups to send 10% of their membership, as they have done for the Democratic Party´s Democratic Socialists of America, to join the ICFI and effect this transfer of power within the ICFI or to expose the bureaucratic mechanism which the Nanobureaucracy uses to hold on to the power at the expense of revolutionary politics.
