We stand for Marxist principles and face the assault of the Nanobureaucracy because, from the standpoint of the working class and the revolutionary movement, it makes no sense to split the ICFI. So why does the Nanobureaucracy continue down the same course? As a result of personal weaknesses stemming from early philosophical errors, the capitalist class has worn down the resistance of the ICFI leadership to the point where they can no longer defend basic Marxist principles. They have been converted from Marxist leaders into the opposite, requiring the membership and the working-class masses to step forward and replace them to prevent a disaster for the revolution.

The middle class must eventually choose the ruling class as its master, since they cannot stand independently in opposition to the forces of the ruling class. The working class, the oppressed class, cannot depend on servants of the ruling class to defend their cause, although the ruling class attempts to impose its rule through middle class agents. The workers must recognize this as a process that they can control by imposing their rule through the establishment of an executive committee that follows the same rules as Marx and Engels: the rich and those connected to high-level state officials must renounce all executive positions and cede to members of the working class with transparent personal finances. Only through this seemingly simple change can the working class hold back the forces of reaction that consciously seek to divide the revolutionary party from its political and philosophical roots in Marxism and from the organizational history of the Marxist revolution.

We must emphasize that we will spend our entire lives fighting the tyranny of the SEP Nanobureaucracy, if necessary. The SEP Nanobureaucracy’s stonewalling tells us that they consider our lives meaningless. For that reason, to defend our very lives, we need to clarify that our opposition to their leadership is a life-or-death struggle for the revolution and all effective means are justified by the just ends we stand for.
