By concealing the financial and legal documents of the Nanobureaucracy, the ownership of the revolutionary party forces itself into dependence on the capitalist state. It then must act together with the state in the suppression of revolutionary ideas, above all the arming of the working class and the disarming of the higher ranks of the old state and corporate establishment. We have enough evidence to warrant an investigation, but we do not have an armed working class that can defend an investigator as they work within the office of national headquarters to uncover the evidence and proceed with prosecution. As a result of this constant imbalance, we have a process that shields them to work ever more openly against the working class. The end result has been analyzed before by Marxist leaders as “state-capitalism.” Marx wrote about how the British East India Company converted itself from a private corporation into an actual state, the Rajj of India. The “theory” or the essentially unconscious process of the Nanobureaucracy, comes directly from this same economic foundation and aims for the same goal: the privately owned corporation becomes the new state and accepts the autocracy of the old Party Chairman. This ownership of the ICFI leads to state-capitalist enterprise and not socialist revolution based on the democratic rights of the party membership and the working class in general. The overall effect of this policy revealed itself in the LSSP of Sri Lanka, as the false socialist leadership turned into celebrity ministers managing the affairs of the old capitalist state. Under Stalin, these same owners of state-capitalist enterprises led an extermination of an entire generation of political Marxists.
