Random Poster urfubar a day ago Removed Another reason is witness tampering. If it [sic] the accused wanted to prosecute the victims and witnesses, they could then be accused again, this time for witness tampering. They do not want that activity exposed in the media.

Blocked Comment to Don Barret, The Real History of Lynch Law
Random Poster Don Barrett 2 days ago Removed Be careful about your statements on lynch mobs, because again, you veer into very anti-marxist territory. First of all, Charles Lynch, a Virginia Judge and an American revolutionary, began “Lynch’s Law” in his famous capture and ad hoc trial of British Loyalists hostile to the revolution. His

Blocked Comment to Rubempre, Who is Justifying the Use of Blacklists?
Random Poster de rubempre 2 days ago Removed The blacklist is against the victims and witnesses. Why are blacklists suddenly okay? Because they’re needed to fight witnesses? Blacklists are not okay, and neither is your defense of those blacklists. Your defense of the modern-day Pinkerton Detective Agency is not okay either. Black Cube and Kroll

Random Poster antym 2 days ago Removed It should not have been published, and the editor was rightly removed from his position for ignoring his own staff and publishing the piece anyway. This created an uproar because people want writers to be judged according to their writing ability, not their raping style. No one wants

Blocked Comment in Response to Eric Sommer: How Many Accused Ghomeshi? 4 Women or 24 Women and A Man?
This happened in 3 of the 24 cases involving Ghomeshi, but these are the ones who went to trial. How does 3 of 24 equal a majority? This comment is partially David Walsh’s fault because he leaves that fact out of the article. Even with the peace bond case, that leaves another 20 complainants waiting
